About Ecodive Bali

Ecodive Bali calls itself Amed's oldest and largest dive centre. It opened on Jemeluk Beach in 1997 and is a PADI 5 Star IDC centre, owned by John Huxley, a PADI Master Instructor with more than 45 years of diving.

Its house reef is the Jemeluk wall, a beach dive over a coral plateau and an artificial reef, with boat dives to the Pyramids, Bunutan, Gili Selang and the Japanese Wreck. Trips go to Tulamben's Liberty wreck and wall, Kubu, Seraya and Batu Kelebit, and further to Candidasa's Gili Tepekong, Menjangan Island, Puri Jati, Secret Bay and Nusa Penida.

Courses run from Scuba Review and Discover Scuba to Instructor Development. Guests can stay in Ecodive's bungalows on Jemeluk Beach.
