About Scuba Junkie Penida

Scuba Junkie Penida is a PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Resort in Banjar Nyuh, run by Matt and Dani from the UK, who moved to Nusa Penida in 2018 to build it. Boats leave from Banjar Nyuh harbour, close to the Toyapakeh site.

Boat days are three dives, aiming for an hour each, with at most four divers per guide on fibreglass speedboats with radios and oxygen. The resort has an 11 m training pool with three depths, air-conditioned rooms and four-bed dorms.

It is a Green Fins Gold member and PADI Eco Center, logs every dive for Dive The Data and hosts Marine Megafauna Foundation event weeks. IDCs run with a Course Director on site.
