Ta'a Dive Resort operates inside Ta'aktana, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa on Wae Cicu beach in Labuan Bajo, and its dives are booked exclusively by resort guests. As a PADI Resort it runs small, customized excursions on two dedicated speedboats, Buenaventura and Nawasena, with dive plans built around each guest rather than a fixed schedule. Staff work in English, Spanish, French, Mandarin and Indonesian, and the resort offers nitrox fills, kids-sized gear, and an onsite classroom for certifications.

Trips head into Komodo National Park to sites such as Batu Bolong, a current-swept pinnacle thick with reef fish, and Makasar Reef, a sheltered slope where manta rays feed in the shallows. Guides also scout a nearby shark point for grey reef sharks, adjusting routes daily to sea conditions and the moderate to strong currents typical of the park.
