CN Dive Komodo is a local dive operator founded by Pak Condo, a veteran guide who was among the early divers of Komodo's sites. The center is built around local expertise: guides who live here lead trips to the park's iconic dives, including Batu Bolong, Castle Rock, Crystal Rock and the mantas of Makasar Reef, plus quieter spots most visitors never see.

CN Dive uses fast speedboats to cut travel time, and its CNDive Village base sits close to the national park, away from the Labuan Bajo crowds. Day trips start from around 115 euros, with liveaboard itineraries also available. The center holds a 5.0 Google rating.
