About Bali Elite Scuba Tulamben

Bali Elite Scuba Tulamben, or BEST, is a locally owned PADI dive centre in Tulamben, northeast Bali, three minutes from the USAT Liberty wreck. Two PADI instructors and three crew run it.

Dives take in the Liberty, Tulamben's coral gardens and Amed's shallow Japanese shipwreck, with boat and shore dives and trips to Menjangan Island. Beginners start with Discover Scuba Diving at 8m among turtles and the shallow parts of the wreck.

PADI courses include a three-day Open Water. Dive and stay packages of two to seven days combine diving with a room in Tulamben.
