About Lazy Turtle Dive Alor

Lazy Turtle Dive Alor is a PADI dive shop on Jalan Raya at Alor Kecil, facing the Pantar Strait. Each trip takes at most six guests with two guides.

Dives run from the speedboat Naughty Nudi, two in the morning and one in the afternoon, and aim for sixty minutes or longer. Sites are picked each morning for the tide, weather and group. The shop teaches PADI Advanced Open Water and Enriched Air Nitrox, and runs refreshers.

Trips go north to Munaseli for hammerheads, to Apuri for sea apples, into Gua Wolang for flashlight fish and shark eggs, and to The Cathedral, a boulder wall off Pura. Current in the strait runs strong and shifts fast. Guests can stay at the Marangki Kepa bungalows.
