About Octopus Dive Nusa Penida

Octopus Dive opened in Ped in August 2013 and describes itself as Nusa Penida's first local dive operator. All of its staff are from the island, and boats are boarded from the beach in front of the shop.

Groups are one guide for three or four certified divers. Manta Point trips need at least two divers, and the east coast is for divers with 20 logged dives. Tanks are filled from a Bauer compressor, and oxygen is kept on the boat and at the shop.

Courses are SSI, from Open Water to Rescue. The shop also arranges car trips around the west and east of the island.
