Garuda Dive Nusa Penida is a small dive and snorkel operator in Kampung Toyapakeh. It takes certified divers to Manta Bay or Manta Point, combined with Crystal Bay, and runs try dives at the same sites.

Private trips for one or two people are available. Snorkelling routes go west to Manta Bay, Crystal Bay and Gamat Bay, or north to Mangrove Point, Ceningan Wall, SD and Ped.

It can arrange day trips from Bali, though not on some high-tide days, and suggests staying in Sanur to keep transfers short.
