Marie's Garden is a reef near Tanjung Ringgit on Lombok's southeast coast, a forest of black coral trees and sea fans with pygmy seahorses, ghost pipefish and schooling fish.

Marie's Garden lies near Tanjung Ringgit on the southeast coast of Lombok, reached from Kuta by road to Telong Elong and a short boat ride. Divers descend into a forest of tall black coral trees and sweeping sea fans, between hard and soft corals of every colour, with schools of fish swirling overhead.

Drift slowly and the branches give up their macro: pygmy seahorses, ghost pipefish, shrimps, nudibranchs and other shy critters. It suits every type of diver.
