Gili Sarang, off Belongas Bay in southwest Lombok, is a cluster of pinnacles and boulders rising from 35 metres, covered in colourful soft coral and sea fans, with jacks and reef sharks.

Gili Sarang lies off Belongas Bay in southwest Lombok. Many pinnacles and impressive boulders rise from about 35 metres, covered in colourful soft coral and sea fans.

Jacks, sweetlips and surgeonfish move between the boulders, and reef sharks patrol the site.
