Zero to Hero Dive is a fully locally owned, family-run dive center founded on Gili Trawangan in 2022. What started with four sets of gear has grown into locations on Gili Trawangan and Gili Air, three boats, and a boutique hotel. The owners even named their son Ero after the Hero in the name.

The center teaches PADI and SSI courses from Bubble Maker and Try Scuba up to Divemaster, and runs three fun dives a day to sites like Shark Point, Deep Turbo and the Bounty Wreck. Groups stay small, with at most three divers per instructor. The multilingual team works in Indonesian, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese, and bookings help fund local animal shelters and meals for neighbours in need.
