Matahari Tulamben Dive Center is an SSI dive resort on the Tulamben beachfront, operating since 1991, and known for building its own artificial reef of Balinese statues and temple structures on the house reef. Unlimited shore diving runs straight off the beach, with excellent muck diving in front of the resort.

The center covers all the major Tulamben sites: the USAT Liberty wreck, the Drop Off, Coral Garden and Seraya Secrets, plus boat trips to offshore sites and night dives. Courses run in English and Indonesian, with Nitrox available. The resort holds a 4.7 rating.
