Crystal Divers was the first PADI Career Development Center in Indonesia, established in Sanur in 1996, and has trained thousands of divemasters and instructors since. Facilities include a training pool, classrooms and an on-site hotel, with a team teaching in seven languages including Danish, German, French, Spanish and Mandarin.

Beyond professional training, daily trips visit Nusa Penida, Padang Bai and the USAT Liberty wreck at Tulamben, with kids programs and technical diving also on the menu. The center is deeply involved in marine conservation through Project AWARE and holds a 4.9 Google rating from more than 220 reviews.
