Is my dive shop already on Scubalo?
Probably. The directory lists 177 dive shops and dive centers across Indonesia. Find yours and press Claim shop, or add it yourself if it’s missing.
How do I claim my dive shop?
Find your shop in the directory, press Claim shop and sign up. With an email on your shop’s own domain, or the address already on your listing, you’re verified straight away. Anything else we check by hand.
Is Scubalo free for dive shops?
Claiming your listing and the Basic plan are free: 5 people on your team, 25 booking requests and 5 trips a month. Pro has unlimited booking requests and trips, and costs €39 a month billed yearly, or €49 monthly.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. Divers pay you directly, the way they do now. Scubalo charges only for the Pro and Enterprise plans, per shop.
Which areas of Indonesia does Scubalo cover?
The directory lists dive shops in Bali, Komodo, Lombok, Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Penida, Gili Islands, Bunaken, Lembeh, Pulau Weh, Raja Ampat, Alor and Ambon. A shop anywhere else in Indonesia can sign up and add itself.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Basic has room for 5 people on your team and 1 dashboard sign-in. Pro has room for 25 and 5 sign-ins.
What happens after 25 booking requests in a month on the free plan?
New requests still arrive, so you can see the demand. Who sent them shows once you move to Pro.
Do I still need WhatsApp?
Keep it for talking to divers. Put your booking link in your auto-reply, and the details arrive in the dashboard instead of the chat.
